Cancellation Policy

Big Elk Creek Camp – Booking & Payment Rules Deposit: Required at booking (non-refundable). $100 for family cabins | 25% of total for large group rentals. Full Payment: Families: due 14 days before arrival. Large groups: due 30 days before arrival. Pay online. Cancellation & Refunds: 30+ days before arrival: full refund minus deposit. 8–29 days before arrival: 50% refund or credit toward future stay. 7 days or less: no refund. Notes: All cancellations must be in writing (email or form). Late payment may result in cancellation and forfeited deposit.
